What we collect
When you call us or submit a form, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email address, the location of the property, and the details of the problem you are describing. If you send photographs of the space, we collect those too.
When you simply browse the site, our hosting provider records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time of the request. This is ordinary server logging and is used to keep the site running and secure.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, to prepare a quote, to carry out and document work you have instructed, to keep records we are required to keep, and to operate and improve the site.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
Only where it is needed to do the work or run the business: technicians and subcontractors assigned to your job, our hosting and email providers, payment processors where applicable, your insurer or loss adjuster where you have asked us to deal with a claim, and professional advisers or authorities where the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
This site is built as static pages and does not set advertising cookies of its own. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers to retrieve them.
If we add analytics or advertising tools in future, this section will be updated to name them and to describe the choices available to you before they are introduced.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become jobs are kept only as long as needed to follow up. Records relating to work carried out are kept for as long as needed for warranty, insurance, tax and legal purposes, and then deleted.
How it is protected
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
