The terms that apply when you use this website or ask us to quote or carry out work.
Last updated: October 14, 2026
Who these terms are between
This website is operated by Crawl Space Rescue ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
What this website is
This site describes crawl space water damage restoration services and the areas in which we offer them. The content is general information about how crawl space moisture problems behave and how they are usually addressed.
It is not a structural, engineering, environmental or medical assessment of your property, and it should not be relied on as one. Every crawl space is different, and nothing on this site substitutes for an inspection of your specific property.
Enquiries, quotes and scope
Submitting a form or calling us does not create a contract. A contract is formed only when we provide a written quote or work order for your property and you accept it.
Any figure given before an inspection is an estimate based on what you have described. The scope and price may change once the space has been inspected and the water source identified, and material changes will be communicated to you before additional work proceeds.
Your responsibilities
You agree to give accurate information about the property and the problem, to provide safe access to the crawl space and the areas needed to reach it, and to disclose known hazards such as asbestos-containing material, lead paint, pest infestation, electrical faults or unsafe structure.
Where you are not the owner of the property, you confirm you are authorised to instruct work on it.
Payment
Payment terms are set out in the quote or work order for your job. Where work is paid for in part or in whole through an insurance claim, you remain responsible for amounts your insurer does not pay unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
Limits on liability
We are responsible for carrying out the work we have agreed to with reasonable skill and care. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, for defects in the original construction of the property, for conditions that were concealed and could not reasonably have been found, or for further damage caused by a source of water outside the scope we were engaged to address.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with a job is limited to the amount paid for that job. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Third-party content and links
Place names, county names and landmark names used on this site come from public data published by the United States Postal Service and the United States Geological Survey. They are used to describe service areas and do not imply any endorsement by, or affiliation with, any named place, agency or landmark.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the business or the site changes. The version published here, with the date shown above, is the one that applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the work is carried out, unless your quote or work order states otherwise.
